COVID-19

COVID-19, or as it’s more commonly known, Coronavirus has been all anyone has been able to talk about, and for good reason! This is a truly unprecedented time in human history. Many local businesses are struggling during this time. It is important now more than ever to support local! At Murphy’s Guitars we’re looking to do our part. To make sure our customers get the products they need, while keeping focused on customer safety, we’ve changed up normal operations temporarily.

Are We Open?

As of right now (April 2020) our storefront is closed. However, our entire in-store inventory is available at shop.murphysguitars.com. For a limited time we’re offering free shipping on orders over $50 or curbside pickup. All you have to do is put all the items you’d like to purchase in your cart. Once you have everything you need just select free shipping or curbside pickup at checkout.

Here’s a quick video to help you navigate the website!

If you use the code STAYHOME, we’ll even give you 10% off your entire order.

What if I have questions?

We know that there is no substitute for face to face interaction. It can be hard to find exactly what you’re looking for when just looking at products on a website. Stay tuned to our social media channels (links below) for product demos, live talks, exercises to help you improve, and more. We’re also available during regular business hours (11AM-6PM Mon-Sat) via Facebook, Instagram, or Mail@murphysguitars.com.

So What Do I Do With This Time?

Don’t let the isolation from COVID-19 get you down. Use this time to grow your skills, learn a new song, practice your scales and solos. If you need some help with some new material many of our teachers are still offering lessons via Skype. To learn more or sign up click here.

Eventually we’ll make it through these tough times. If we all stay safe and make the most of our time, many of us will come out of this with a fun new hobby, and a rewarding lifelong skill.
